This policy applies to all freight forwarding, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and relocation services provided by Egress International Freight.
2.1 Freight Forwarding Services

2.2 Customs Clearance Services
Once customs documentation has been submitted to the Egyptian Customs Authority (NAFEZA), the customs clearance fee is non-refundable as the service has been performed.[12]
2.3 Moving and Relocation Services
Cancellation terms for moving and relocation are specified in the individual relocation agreement. As a general guideline:
2.4 Warehousing Services
Warehousing may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice. All outstanding storage fees, handling charges, and retrieval costs must be settled before cargo is released.
Egress may cancel or suspend Services in the following circumstances:
In the event of cancellation by Egress for reasons not attributable to the Client, any prepayment will be refunded in full.
Claims for cargo loss, damage, or delay are not covered by this refund policy. Such claims are governed by Section 7 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms of Service and the applicable international transport convention.
If a cancellation or refund dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Service.
