All transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, weather, carrier schedules, and regulatory requirements.
Egress maintains in-house licensed customs brokers stationed at Cairo International Airport and Alexandria Port. Pre-clearance procedures are used to minimize delays. Clients are responsible for ensuring their documentation is complete and accurate. Any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities are the Client’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.[4]
Egress operates bonded, climate-controlled warehousing facilities in Cairo. Storage charges are billed separately and vary by duration, cargo type, and space requirements. Free storage periods (if applicable) are specified in the quotation.
Egress provides services to and from all major global trade routes, with particular expertise in Egypt–Europe, Egypt–USA, Egypt–Asia, and intra-Middle East/Africa corridors. Domestic services cover all Egyptian governorates.
